UAB "Alumnita" provides aluminum and steel stamping and forming services. To perform these works, we use 12 presses from the Dutch manufacturer "ter Hart" and "Gosmeta", whose capacity ranges from 6 to 25 tons, and one 40-ton "Dirinler" press. For large-scale production, mechanical presses are an extremely efficient way of producing individual parts, because an individual die is used separately for each product.
We use dies that are made in such a way that they can be quickly and easily changed without disrupting the production process.
